Your nursing cover will be shipped within 1-2 days of payment received and delivery can take between 2-7 days. If you require tracking, express delivery or international delivery please contact me.
If your parcel has not arrived within 14 days from the "order dispatched" email I suggest you call your local Australia Post office to check whether the parcel is waiting for you there. If the parcel has not arrived after 10 working days have elapsed from the due date, then we ask that you contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been signed for at the destination. We will endeavour to deliver the goods by the period quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed. We cannot leave any specific delivery instructions for Australia Post, for example to leave parcels at the door.
I am sure you will be happy with your purchase; whether you are currently breastfeeding or during your pregnancy stage. However if it just isn't quite right then don't worry, just contact me and we can make some alternative arrangements for your nursing cover.
Returns must be returned in the same condition as they were received.
I accept returns up to 14 days from the date you received them provided that the products are in their original condition, unwashed and with no additional damages. If you would like an exchange please email me at milkcovers @gmail.com
Once you have posted your item back to us (at your own expense) we will refund you via the original payment method and/or send you the requested exchange
(subject to availability).
In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange for the product/s to be collected and the correct one/s to be dispatched to you.
Payment can be made via our website (with paypal) or cheque.
A full refund is provided if cancellation is within 48 hours. If your order has been dispatched then you will need to wait and return the product under refunds.
Faulty Products ............
It is very rare that this should happen but if there's any fault with your product, please let me know as soon as possible via email at email@example.com
We endeavour to ensure that stock availability shown on the website is as accurate as possible. Your order is only confirmed once we send you an "order confirmed" or "order dispatched" email. If we are unable to deliver the goods which you have purchase we will contact you within 1-2 working days. You will be given the option to select another item or cancel your order.
Milk Covers takes great care in the delivery of this website and the products sold; in particular pricing and product descriptions, including photographs, shown on the website are correct. However we cannot guarantee that errors will not occur. We cannot guarantee colour in the photographs are correct on your device.
